Problems resulted from incorrect installation of PCI card:
3 typical problems:
1) Printing data error, the printouts have color lines.
2) While start the software, carriage moves to origin position, but software can’t open successfully.
3) While start the software, carriage doesn’t move.
Resolution is:
Take out PCI card, then use rubber wiper or cotton wiper dipped with alcohol to wipe the PCI card metal interface, lastly reinstall the PCI card. If problem remains, change PCI sockets of computer or change another computer to try. At last, change a new PCI card.
