Printhead not firing ink:
Please check:
1) Printhead voltage is on.
2) Optical fiber connects correctly.
3) The reading of the encoder in the software is changing when the carriage is moving. (If reading does not increase or decrease correspondingly; check the encoder sensor, long data cable, printhead board and servo board)
