Ink drops out from the printhead, pump keep working:

1) If the problem occurs while installing new machine, maybe the air tube is clogged due to bending, and make sure electric magnetic valve is expedite, if necessary, change it.

2) If the problem occurs during machine running, firstly check if the main tank is empty; if yes, it may cause the pump keep working.

3) If only Ink drops out from the printhead, check whether there is some fiber attached the surface of printhead. Besides, please check the air tube from subtank to printhead, make sure it is expedite, with no ink in air tube or connector.
